While we do not provide refunds, ThesisTitans is deeply committed to delivering high-quality work that meets the specifications you provided in your original order. We address any concerns, discrepancies, or requests for adjustments through a structured revision process.

  • Purpose of Revisions: The revision process is designed to ensure the final delivered document accurately reflects and fully satisfies the requirements and instructions you submitted when placing your order.
  • Revision Process Details:
    • Request Submission: You may submit a request for revision within 14 days of receiving the final delivery of your completed order. Requests submitted after this timeframe may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.
    • Content of Request: Revision requests must be clear, specific, and directly reference the original instructions and requirements provided when the order was placed. Please pinpoint areas needing adjustment and explain precisely what changes are needed based only on the initial guidelines.
    • Acknowledgement: Upon receiving your revision request, we will acknowledge it within 24 hours.
    • Implementation: We will review your request to ensure it aligns with the original order instructions and then proceed with the necessary adjustments. The timeframe for revision completion will depend on the complexity of the requested changes and will be communicated to you.
  • Revision Scope and Limitations:
    • Included Revisions: We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost, provided that the requested changes are consistent with the instructions and requirements originally submitted with your order.
    • Out-of-Scope Changes: Requests for revisions that introduce new instructions, requirements, or significantly alter the scope of the original order may be considered but will likely incur additional fees.
    • Expedited Revisions: Requests for revisions with a condensed turnaround time (e.g., within 48 hours) may also incur additional urgency fees.
    • Fee Notification: Any potential additional fees for out-of-scope or expedited revisions will be assessed based on the complexity and urgency of the work required and will be clearly communicated to you for your approval before any such revisions are undertaken.

3. Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions govern the financial structure for services provided by ThesisTitans. By placing an order and making a payment, you agree to adhere to the following terms.

  • Payment Structure: Our payment system is milestone-based, designed to align payments with project progression and provide clarity at each stage. Payments are divided into three key non-refundable installments:
    • 🟡 Order Confirmation & Commencement (20% Deposit): A mandatory, non-refundable deposit equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total project cost is required to confirm your order, secure your dedicated slot in our project schedule, and allow us to initiate foundational work, planning, and resource allocation for your project.
    • 🟢 Progress Payment (35%): A progress payment of thirty-five percent (35%) of the total project cost is due upon reaching a defined halfway point or key milestone in the project’s completion. This typically occurs with the delivery of significant progress updates or partial deliverables, allowing you to review and provide essential feedback.
    • 🔵 Final Payment (45%): The remaining forty-five percent (45%) of the total project cost is due upon the successful completion of the project according to the original instructions. This final payment is required before the final project files, deliverables, or full access to the completed service are released to you.
  • Payment Methods: We offer the following convenient payment methods:
    • Easypaisa
    • SadaPay
    • NayaPay
    • Raast ID (for direct bank transfers) Please ensure payments are made using one of these approved methods. Specific account details or payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation, within your invoice, or during the checkout process.
  • General Payment Conditions:
    • Currency: All payments are to be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing.
    • Late Payments: Failure to meet scheduled payment deadlines may result in the temporary suspension of all project work until the outstanding payment is received and processed.
    • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon request at each defined payment milestone as outlined in the payment structure.
